After meeting with a bike accident where I injured my left ankle, I couldn't sit in Ardhasidhasana as it was extremely painful. I did my Shambhavi while sitting on a chair. I don't know what prompted me to sit on my bed in Ardhasiddhasana while watching the film. I assumed the film would be over in 12 min like the Angamardana one. I just kept pushing amidst the discomfort and by the time the film ended I was already sitting still and I thought I had sit for about 20 min. I was already in tears from the moment Justin says, I want to experience the stillness of this mountain. I was so surprised to see that I had sit in Ardhasiddhasana for a whole 42 min amidst discomfort. Team Yogavani, sitting through this film was a Sadhana session by itself for me. Your film has stirred something deep within me, I don't know exactly what. Maybe a desire to break through my own compulsions. I sincerely wish you have the strength to continue the journey that you have embarked upon. I cannot thank you enough.

I do not know what to comment under this video. I think i have been for a while taking the practices for granted. This film actually brought me back to the moment when I was Initiated into yogasanas 2 years back. I was so deeply involved in the practices and everytime I used to do it I was always filled with gratitude. This film reminded of that gratitude which I have been missing in my Sadhana. Thankyou for reminding me the immnesity of what I have been offered.

What an impactful film..I especially love the ending involving the question arising from doubt to the immediate availability of creation offering an inner guide being the Yogi and his own bicycle... The darkness is so perfectly aligned with anyone that's done these practices with some depth.. the mind giving us reasons to resist going further until we let go, question what could be and align ourselves with stillness. Beautiful

Such an inspiring film. I relate with vaishak anna's comment, this brought back the gratitude and reverence I had when I was initiated into the practice. I learnt Angamardana and Surya Kriya from Yogavani but Yogasanas from another Isha Hatha teacher. All Isha Hatha programs have certain powerful ambience but the atmosphere created in Yogavani's classes are different. I remember the last day of my Surya Kriya class in Dombivli, Subodh anna told us to do 3 cycles and after each cycle he encouraged us to be absolutely involved in the next one. By third cycle it was as if I was not there, the kriya was just happening without me. It was one of the most magical moments in my spiritual journey. I couldn't maintain the same intensity after the program but after watching the films on this channel, I wish to again build it up to that level of involvement and intensity

Darkness yes... eternal darkness i experienced this profoundness wen i came back from velliangiri mountains trek and took deep in suryakund and sat in dyanalinga tomb I was totally lost in dark... eternal dark only had sense of breath nothing else.... This is fantastic. Literally exceeded all my expectations. I was expecting some hyperbole glorification of yogasanas and all. But this movie is not only delivering the core message so impact fully it also keeps your attention intact as a film. The conception and the execution, simply wow! Even the music is so captivating. The movie just draws you in and never let you leave without really trying too hard. The camera work was brilliant. All the people behind it, deserve huge appreciation. And if this was the first movie of the makers, boss you have huge potential. A movie like this on a topic like Yoga.... Most people must have been pleasantly surprised I an sure.

Look beyond it. Pay attention to your breath. Here you can feel just your breath. breath... Only breath...Just this breath is present here, everything else is lie. And this darkness..." Epic dialogues. When I do yogasanas, my body is screaming to get out of the posture but breath is holding still, calm and balanced, somehow fearless and persistent. When I do shambhavi, I get all kinds of vivid pictures like shown here before calming down. It is incredible experience shown here which I thought harder to explain to anyone. Congratulations guys.. I have seen all your films, you guys have been improving quality by magnitude. Can you please share music and songs you used, they are so calm and energetic at the same time.
