My Experience Titrating From 5 mg to 7.5 mg on Zepbound

Thank you for telling me about Shotsy the other day! I ❤ it! It was very easy to use & load my shots from Sept… Getting used to MyFP again as well. Thanks for sharing your journey!! I’ve been on 2.5 compounded Tirzepatide and avg 1.25 loss a week.. had a couple of no loss/gain weeks. I wanted to titrate up to 5 mg.. dr said no not as long as I’m losing and stalls haven’t been long enough 🤷🏽‍♀️ Guess she’s right … slow n steady !! Be blessed !

I keep gaining and losing the same 4lbs for a couple weeks now I’m week 7 on .5 😢

I went up to 7.5mg from 5mg and the next day after my first dose I became bloated after I ate, and I had nausea and diarrhea. I never took another pen of 7.5mg so I went back down to 5mg. I will say it's amazing how it does everyone differently.

I drink Supergreens but it doesn’t help with any side effects that I can tell. I still have to take my DHerbs Bowel Motion every other night. I like the Supergreens as a way to drink something other than water. Glad to hear your titration up to 7.5 wasn’t too bad. I’ve been on 5 mg for about 12 weeks and although I still have suppression, I’m wondering if I should go up. I’ve got several emergency vials of tirzepatide on hand for the possibility of the FDA Lilly announcement not being in my favor since insurance is not an option for me. Good luck in your future.

Is a PLA the same as a prior authorization?
