I’ve been struggling with patellar tendonitis as well, having to take time off from running for fear of making it worse. Currently working on stretching and strengthening whilst continuing to run where I can. I relate to your struggle with the consistency and not knowing if it will pay off - keen to know where you get to with it and the de facto video you mention.
