hiii so basically no side effects yet, im barley going in for a month and honestly this might be a little tmi but the only thing that’s changed is that my boobs are much more sensitive now, but i think that’s also bc im taking it bc i have a ovarian cyst so that might change things?? besides that im losing weight a bit and im getting a little booty 🙈 so honestly no bad comments on top of everything i go get energy so i’m honestly good so far ..

@@kariiglv that’s good! i’m on nexaplanon and i was doing great and i just reached year 2 and all of a sudden i’m getting small cystic acne and heavier bleeding (only used to get spotting) and i’m thinking of switching over to the combo pill & seeing if i can still have no period and less spotting & less acne! what pill are you on? i have heard breast tenderness as a common side effect and usually you can go to the person that prescribed you and they will give you a lower dosage of hormones ❤️

i agree, i’ve tried so many different pills for depression cuz i’ve delt with it from a very young age. and no pills work for me. like for anything because i have adhd and anxiety too and i take pills for them too but nothings ever worked for those either. at this point i’m just letting myself feel what i’m feeling when i’m feeling it. cuz idk sometimes i won’t feel anything but sometimes ill cry and be a mess it’s confusing.

so, i just started watching your videos and i think it's a super refreshing topic to discuss. when i started taking it, it felt pretty normal. with little to no side effects. probably about 2 1/2 months or 3 months in, i felt nauseous more reguarly than normal w/ my period, i felt more bloated, i had more stomach issues, i cried for no reason, i was exhausted a lot, i wasn't eating a whole lot. there's a host of other side effects i had that i didn't really even put together. i was taking a combination hormone set and i chose to remove myself from it because genuinely i just hated crying all the damn time, more than anything. i didn't really discuss it w/ my doctor, to go off it, because that's when quarantine hit. i didn't know lower doses were available, but then again, this is america where healthcare sucks lol but i may talk to her again to see what's up but at the same time i just hate the pill LMAO 😅

@@naomisolis1112 I basically felt bloated and gassy a lot, but I also couldn't figure out why my stomach hurt most of the time. Obviously, it's different symptoms for everybody, but it sucked for me!! The main thing you wanna do is discuss it with your doctor, bring up your concerns about it, what you've read, and if they're a good doctor, they'll take it into consideration to help you. I just know my stomach hurt a hell of a lot when I was on the pill

I just finished my first week on birth control and it’s hard. I have a lot of headaches and makes me not want to really eat anything ( unless I’m craving it ) I’m a vegetarian and I been craving meat 😭 but I hope this helps with my cramps I have been having super bad pains to the point I get hospitalized until I’m okay to go home but I hope this works! I just got them prescribed yesterday, my period is on the 1st of next month, if I start taking them today, would my period still come or should I just wait till after my period to start taking them? I’m on the pill bc my cramps are really bad and I’m a chef so I don’t want to be crying in the kitchen

I would go with whenever your doctor tells you to start. Good luck! And now that I think about it, I used to have REALLY bad cramps like I would almost pass out from the pain. Now it’s very rare that I get those pains.

Ari Aniya the second day i was on it, on the same night i had my first real panic attack. the first month was kind of ehh, yk cause your body’s getting used to the pill. I didnt have my period for a month, i ended up getting it the month AFTER.. and it lasted for about 3 weeks. but it’s different for everyone! So my experience has been a roller coaster! I also went up 2 bra sizes and gained a bit of weight! So yeah, it takes time for your body to adjust to it, soon it’ll feel normal.😊

Omg yes I got on the pill and my second month my period came but it never left! I’ve been on my period for almost 3 weeks! I finally went to my doctor Bc my mother told me this happened to her as well and that it meant the dosage was to low for her. So they gave me a little higher dosage and LITERSLLY the next two days it’s gone and I’m now back to normal.

You’d need to check with your Doctor. I’ve been on antidepressants for about 3 years now and was prescribed this particular birth control by a doctor who knows my medical history. I’m currently taking both and both are working great :)
