He has an anxiety of what is the future lies ahead in Russia for his family especially his sons that's the dark pit he dreamt about. I think that's a worries of every father there and living in the Philippines even for a short while he could feel the sense of peace but some parts of him thinking his homeland. Liza, always apply aloe vera on your face before and after swimming. It will protect you from skin cancer. Bring it with you on a ziploc bag. It is better than sunscreen. Use it on your children too. You also need to water your aloe garden. They are drying up.

Just avoid or eat less salty food, that’s why most of the Filipinos have high blood pressure, especially the seniors. But, Moving a lot & sweating out helps lower our b/p. If we are young, it’s fine cause we are more active. For mama, maybe eat more green salad & protein. Avoid or less soy sauce, squeeze kalamansi to balance it out ifever. Walking in the morning & afternoon will help her. Loosing weight of course, if she can.. will help her a lot. It’s hard for seniors because our metabolism slows down but she has to try so she live & enjoy life longer. Take care of your mom..❤
