If you want to heal, then start with texts to ask things you need an answer to like: how did it take 9 years for you to find out? And did you even look into it? If they shift blame or try to excuse it for any reason then you shouldn't give them the time of day. Your sister is a coin flip because while she started this, she was following what another person told her. Depending on her age at the time you could be more lenient or brutal about it. The cousin should be dead to you. Even if she dreamt it up it should not have taken 9 years to realize what she did and told the truth. She was more worried about what trouble she would get in rather than what damage she caused and how it effected others, like you
