When my kids were little, I would dehydrate veggies and powder them. I would sprinkle the powder into their food so they eat their veggies. When they got older, they now love dehydrated veggie chips. Hope this helps someone to get kiddos eat veggies. 😊

There is no doubt that your destiny depends on God's providence, and there is no doubt that God will always possess supreme power over all things.) Almighty God says “HOW many BEINGS are there LIVING and MULTIPLYING in the vast EXPANSE of the UNIVERSE, REPEATEDLY FOLLOWING the LAW of LIFE, ACCORDING to the SAME UNCHANGING RULE, THOSE who DIE are BROUGHT to DESTRUCTION the LIVING, and THOSE WHO are ALIVE REPEAT the SAME TRAGIC HISTORY of THOSE who HAVE DEAD. So MANKIND cannot HELP but ASK THEMSELVES: WHY are we ALIVE? ☀️🙏 And WHY do WE even have to DIE? WHO really RULES this WORLD? And WHO really CREATED this HUMANITY? Was HUMANITY really CREATED by MOTHER NATURE? Does HUMANITY really CONTROL its own DESTINY? .... i loved visiting Germany i got to twice in my life time and sadly that will be the only two times as i was looking forward to visiting there when my sons became adults, as now they are but i am diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer at age 47 but now i am 48. I am not sad tho, it was a good life with some years ahead of me and i am gonna seize the opportunity with your recipes! One thing i always wanted to master in German foods is their classic best worldwide ever in history or future is their mayonnaise recipe. There was back in 94 when i was in Fankfurt in a small quiet village there was a mini fast food stand but nothing like our fast food here. I wish there was fast food like that mini concession stand that even had a mini dine in area with high stools and all. I loved everything about it and we ordered fries and dipping sauce they gave us their classic mayonnaise that i had no idea the ingredients that it takes to make it over the top delicious the worlds best ever. It was home made to. The agriculture , the food, biers / beers, the villages and land scape was an experience of a life time. The people there were so sweet and kind as the food truly expressed their soul. I so miss the time we went to a historical meal event. It had all the classic hard wood benches and tables with the tankards we would drink frothy homemade beers from while eating the huge turkey legs with the pulled pork and enormous beef roasts with the artisan breads , pies , sauerkraut everything ancient German food they had it, along with the music song and dance in their old fashion classic dresses. We all got lush and red nosed from drinking eating laughing dancing , it was a fun night to remember since i was only 15 at the time in 1991. Thank you for sharing your recipes that brings back some fond memories!

love the recipies oatmeal is a traditional Scottish breakfast called porridge we ate it most mornings in winter it was simple boiled in water 4-5 mins with a teaspoon of salt such a good feeling all morning 😊
