I've seen multiple versions on this scenario, this one is unique. Typically, it's about favoritism and one child is expected to do the work while the other has the title and money. Honestly, this version makes no sense. Had the father had the integrity he displayed in the later half, he never would have picked the other son to be CEO. It makes no sense from a business perspective.

It’s nice to have two ceo . But if one wants to go back to his music. Let him do it. One son want to do that and another can follow his father. But you should not force them to do what you want.
