I have been using the plum 15% vitamin C serum for 3 months and it worked for me. I had a lot of acne marks and my skin was very textured before. And klairs do not oxidised when you refrigerate it(All Vitamin C serums should be kept in cool place) so before using or purchasing any skincare you should do a proper research on how to use, who should use and how to store instead of giving false claims about the product.

Do your research before blaming the product. Any vitamin c serum will irritate the skin of those people who have acne prone/sensitive skin cuz vitamin c is kinda harsh for their skin. Some lower concentration vitamin c serums might work. But still if you have sensitive skin you should do a patch test first.

Hey, i faced the same issue, and i consulted my dermatologist about it, she said that, there should be just a little tingling sensation and that for a minute or so, if it’s burning too much, for a longer period of time, then that isn’t suiting your skin and should stop using it, or like use it alternatively as you’re introducing a new product to your skin, so it might take some time to get used to it, hope this helped you!!:) also I’m swiftie and i just saw your lover cover, I’m a fan ;)
