I totally saw Jess's insta story with the swatching set up & started getting exited 😂 If it's a return to swatching, then great, but if it's a return to nine zero lacquer - even better eeep! She was one of the first nail channels I watched on YT. I miss her! Can't think of my all time favourite Blues rn but I can list my most recent favourite Blues 😂 Both from Bee's Knees Lacquer: Tartaros & Lamea 🤩🤯 I just got Lamea in the mail yesterday & it blew my mind!! It's even more gorgeous in person than I could have hoped & I'm not even a huge Blue fan, so this one is really special 😍

I remember seeing a video and thinking "who would every watch that?" but I clicked on it and was immediately engrossed. I'm so excited she's going to be active again.

Existential Crisis seems to depend on lighting. It is blue with red shimmer at night and on overcast days, and I love it that way. On bright sunny days it is red/copper/bronze/brown/green, and I really don't like it at all then; so I will save it for foggy winter days I think...

My best guess is existential crisis is blue based? Let's say blue but it does have some red in it. I always mark my calendar to buy her birthday polish. Because it sells out , like you know, in record time. I got last year's also. You probably did too! I really enjoy your videos and your personality is so refreshing.

Thanks to you, I have started a nail polish spreadsheet too. I love a good Excel sheet. Because Cristine says EC is teal, that is what I put on my spreadsheet but when I wear it, I get more red vibes. I also keep my HT collection by finish then rainbow color, EC is in a very small section that I call Specialty Finish with Got Cake. It's not really a glitter, or a shimmer, or a multi chrome, it's special. I have listed 2/3 of my polishes on my spreadsheet and it is so satisfying My next project will be swatch rings, but I think I want the ones that go around the neck of the bottles rather than the stics. Isn't this hobby so much fun?

This video came out at the perfect time! I've been scrolling through polishes all over the place because I don't have enough blue and want to add more. So your choices will be a big help. One of my very favourites is You're On Sapphire from the Orly Breathable Bejeweled collection. I just love the depth of the colour. Existential Crisis lives up to its name; it really defies classification. As I kept looking at it on my nails, I think some of the perception of blue comes because the blue glitter in it seems to stand out and amplify the blue in the base.

Great picks! That holo taco 🌮 is similar to the same finish as the cirque. The only difference is that the cirque has less shimmer and smaller holo glitters. Both have blue bases with a red, green, gold aurora shimmer and holo glitter. Christine’s has a lot more holo glitters and they’re larger in size also. I would classify both as a shimmer holo.

Blue polishes are one of my favorites to wear and you have an extensive collection. I love Sinful Colors Blue's Cruz and Endless Blue, Polished for Days Under the Sea, and Painted Polish Fire and Ice. Your KB Shimmer with those red/orange flakies is stunning! TFS!

Did you like the Sinful Colors Essentials collection? I'm thinking about getting it...I don't know that I saw many people reviewing it. (I put Existential Crisis under my specialty polishes under dark blue/teal!! :>) I think I'm with you on Rue Morgue (though mine's Mooncat's version). I actually put glossy top coat on it and it's mesmerizing. Absolutely stunning. :) It looks really good matte as well, but something about those blue sparkles. :) Can't wait to see your purple vid!! :) Edit: Just realized the first video I ever saw of yours WAS the Tiffany blue comparisons one!! lol

So I am a hugggge sucker for scented polishes because it's just such a weird thing so I may be a bit biased but I do like the collection. The scents are more subtle than others I own but I think it kind of suits the theme of the collection so I wasn't disappointed by it. I had to go to like 4 stores to find the Matcha one though, what a pain! Also I'm already stressing about the purple video haha, it's my favorite color it's gonna be impossible to narrow it down.

The new version of Live, Love Polish; Mooncat, has resurrected Rue Morgue and has it in stock. I am still glad I bought a couple extra of it when it was still the old brand, it was less money. But, you can still get the color at least. It is my all-time favorite blue polish. Existential Crisis is like the craziest color ever invented. I love it, but it's crazy. I have worn it a couple times and I still can't identify what color it is.

The description of Existential Crisis was a teal base by Holo Taco. I didn't end up buying it. I'm trying to cut down on how much polish I'm buying. I liked it but didn't love it, so I passed.
