She is not supporting her breath properly, which is obvious with the veins popping out of her neck. She has a lovely voice, but if she doesn't get her breath under control, she might end up with nodes on her vocal folds.

Christinasvenska Rebecca has been singing beautifully for several decades. This was 1998, and even her recent singing has been quite extraordinary. Your comment doesn’t pan out. Although I do think she was pushing more here on her top notes than usual.. but overall Rebecca has sustained that beauty for a long time.

@@Christinasvenska only someone who has been trained and/or studied voice who is also a singer would understand what you both are saying. You both are absolutely right. She does have a beautiful voice but she may be having a bad day and was possibly not well. She appears to be nervous and not relaxed. This will greatly influence any singers voice ... and this is also a very difficult song to sing! 🤔 However, she was doing her best and she still sang this difficult song beautifully! 🤗❤️👍
