Love it Sepp!! This is old school! They use to make those back in the day. We had some really nice ones!! They had canvas and leather seats that folded up. But this was a great " In the field model" Yea.. Bushcraft style.. Much thanks for the memory!!

Hi Sepp. Great tip. We call the stems Dog wood. Its not native to Scotland but the local government plants it everywhere. Still hard to come across in the wilds. Willow is abundant so everything is fine. :)

Tolle Konstruktion Sepp, als ich letzte Woche in Tirol zum Wandern war bin ich bei der Heimfahrt nochmal in Bad Reichenhall auf eine Tasse "Meisterkaffe" eingekehrt und hab mir beim Metzger Pfefferbeisser für die nächste Bergtour besorgt...dachte noch das wär lustig wenn jetzt die Tür aufgeht und der Sepp reinkommt... What's very cool Sepp. Nice and simple and if, as you did, you use natural cordage you can just walk away and leave the stool knowing it will all eventually go back to nature.
