Grace Munroe I know this is a very late, and you probably already know, but if you don’t, it was a joke aimed at Darren Criss, one of their members (you can even see the Joe winks at Darren in the audience after the joke). He was in the show Glee and Starkid thought it would be amusing to call him out during the show

Joe Walker's reaction to the screaming fangirls is perfect. It's both hysterical and endearing to think that he could be surprised by how many women love him and think he is just drop dead gorgeous. As if he hasn't heard it all before. Seen it in the eyes of countless women everywhere he goes. It gives him this wonderful modesty that just makes him even more attractive.

Well all the musicals they do are on their channel. A lot of these are from their concert tours The Space Tour and Apocalyptour from people who saw the show. These are also on DVD, they make some really great work :)
