The original Carlsbad is in Czechia; nowadays called Karlovy Vary. Also Marienbad, in Czechia called Mariánské Lázně.

Correct.. Altough there is a Karlsbad in Baden-Württemberg, which is a village near Karlsruhe (which is maybe the city she thought of, because Karlsbad, BW is really small) the main thing when you say Karlsbad, would be in fact czech Karlovy Vary.

I remember the Der Wienerschnitzel back in early 70s, their theme was that were all done in a Swiss chalet style - probably collectible coca-cola glasses.... Anaheim was originally a type of cooperative German colony.

The only think I get from Wienerschnitzel is a corn dog. I don't get it more than once every 4-6 months. But they will make it on the spot. I find it very satisfying.
