I really like this idea. Just going to a 711, family mart, yodabashi or some other shops and then making a "booster box". I know my gf wouldn't be happy though LOL

Good old amazon Japan haha! Edit: I think the LGS in the same shopping mall as the Pokemon Center also has the boxes. I remember seeing them.

Recently anytime i buy a ebt, blister packs, promo boxes, i always save a pack or two for future opens. I usually keep the packs in a semi ridge card holder. But i feel like over time this wouldnt be a good thing squishing the packs like that for the ink, but idk. This is a smart way to keep the packs safe!

Very cool! Yeah, I wouldn't squish a pack into a semi-rigid. They're made for single cards. What I do with single packs is put them in a graded card sleeve with one semi-rigid on either side. Everything's protected, and nothing gets squished. Thanks for checking out the video!

I just got them from amazon Japan. There are similar ones on ebay. A quick google will get you there.

i was planning to do this with blue sky stream and towering perfection. The v union boxes have 3 packs of both blue and towering in each box, and their really affordable right now, so im planning to create a half half booster box made of 15 of each blue sky stream and towering perfection

Cool idea! Last time I checked though, the price per booster pack in those wasn't that good. Maybe, it's changed. Plus, they're very easy to search and switch out packs. I wouldn't trust them in the secondary market.

The problem is Japanese is weighable. So these will never increase as well as a booster box. Don’t do this people. Get real sealed booster boxes for investment. These are a cool collectable idea though.

Thanks for checking out the video and commenting! I 100% agree that sealed boxes are a better investment, financially speaking, but I thought I was pretty clear by saying that that's not the priority with these. That's also why I put the word 'investment' in quotation marks in the title and recommended people to not go crazy with it. I think a few packs for a displayable custom box ready to be opened years later fit most people's collection budgets. But yes, if the only goal for someone is to make money, then there are better ways of doing it.

Thanks for watching! Just make sure you get your packs from a reputable source if you want to do the same. Pokemon Center Online Japan sometimes has loose packs for sale. That'd be the best place to get them.
