I love my HTRC 240 Duo charger. I've been using it for 3 years with no issues. If the T400 is anything like the T240 it's a good buy. Thanks for the review!

It's a good advise that you have been using yours for 3 years. Always good to know. This looks a real good charger and getting all the cables is also a good point.

Lucky you, mine only lasted 3 months, one day it just started flashing the splash screen logo, beeping shortly and turning itself off. I never got any answer from their support when I emailed them... Now I'm more than happy with my SkyRC D100V2 that I have been using without issues for the last 6 months.

I have the HTRC C240 and one port has stopped working properly. Keeps saying my 6s battery is 5s and low voltage erro. Any suggestions what's wrong? I was about to toss my battery away until I tried it in the other port and realized it wasn't the battery

I’ve been charging 2 6s packs at a time with my 240 duo for a few years now... now you’ve got me thinking. I may have to upgrade to the 400 now

I do the same thing! My T240 takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes to charge both batteries from storage which is pretty good imo.

Both the T400 and the T240 have issues with discharging, but I only use mine for charging since I use the cars for discharging :). I just ordered the T400 to compliment my T240 since most of my cars now require two 3s or 4s packs and I don't like to wait.

What do you mean it has problems discharging? Do you mean that the storage option doesn’t work properly to set batteries energy back to storage capacity?

My 14.4v nicd battery for a bosch drill does not take any charge from its own charger. Can this device be used for charging my 14.4v nicd battery directly using its crocodile probs?

Did they fix the storage charge issues from the t240? Regardless of what storage voltage is set to it charges to 3.83v

Interesting, I never noticed on mine, but I generally don’t care as long as it’s somewhere around 3.8-3.9v, so I don’t change it.

I noticed this as well....also apparently the "calibration" function resets itself when you shut it off. But i find the voltage to be pretty accurate so it's not a huge deal.

@@RazorRC yes its an acceptable storage voltage, it's more the fact that it doesn't do what it sais its doing. I really like the charger, easy to bring with me, for the money I don't regret it, but if I was going to buy a new and improved model I'd like all of the features to work.

I have the 406 duo, but honestly never use it. I only charge at 7-8A at most. It’s the best charger though for sure.

yo i have a axial scx 24 and the charger is garbage, i also am going to get a losi 22s sct and i wanna kill two birds with one stone, what charger should i get?

those cars only take up to 3s, and the scx 24 would most likely charge at less than an amp, so youd be fine with just about any charger. just make sure to get one with an integrated power supply. personally id want at least 50w per channel, ideally 100w per channel for charging 4s at 5 amps or more
