One of my favorite things is drizzling creamy tahini dressing on a dish. It makes it decadent and delicious! It can also be dangerous when you start eating it by the spoonfuls. This is my and Bear's go-to tahini dressing.

You won’t be able to stop enjoying this dressing. I use it on everything. Even when I am improvising because I didn’t have a chance to get to the market. I had leftover roasted sweet potatoes and Mexican slaw. I threw that into a tortilla and topped it with this dressing. So good! Thank you for the recipe!

Yum. But hot tip - if you put a spoon in your mouth, and put it back in the jar, the bacteria on the spoon speeds up the rotting process and the product will spoil faster. #grandmatip

I love how she just throws around these facts like, "when kids have dark circles under their eyes, they're probably eating too much sugar or salt". I never knew that. She's like an encyclopedia....and that sugar depletes minerals! If anyone could make me try being vegan for a week, it would be Alicia Silverstone.

Oh, if you love her advices, than you love Dr.Eric Bergs for sure! Look it up! When I listen to him, I always have the same feeling you describe here: he is a living encyclopedia. But he is in Keto or Low carb (always plant based).

@@lola0600 First: Dr.BErg is chiropractor AND a medical Dr. - Do your research! Second: if you are doing a Keto-diet only with meat it is a carnivore diet. Third: look at Dr.Sten Ekerg, Dr.Jason Fung, Dr.Mason (Australian) Dr.Seyfried etc. - they are all REAL-Ketorians and the highley recommened to moderate protein, moderate amount of fat (only at the beginning on a ketp-diet, till you are fatadapted and away from the carbohydrates, it is recommened to get more fat into your diet!) and the most important: ALWAYS get much vegetables in your keto diet (7-10 cups eg. DrBerg recommends). They all stay for REAL FOOD intake, and so for organic meat and a lots of organic vegetables. So I wonder what YOU are speaking about?!
