Knockout got nerfed when final shape dropped, it only gives a flat 30 hp bump instead of the instant regen I’m pretty sure

i just came back to the game so why do i see less and less people running 100 recov, did they do something to it

Its just people see less of a reason to use 100 recovery due to the many ways you can heal in this game, I personally still like using 100 recovery because im just used to it at this point but I can see why others don't

Usually 70 is fine for PvP but I've used 40 before and done just fine in PvP, in PvE it's not really necessary unless you're playing warlock but if you struggle it's nice to have if you can't get multiple healing sources out as easily as others can
