1:55 The biggest issue with IPCC reports? The governments and big corporations are simply not listening. Scientists have been warning for the past 30-50 years and still, we do WAY too little to save humanity (and those already struggling in particular) from the disastrous effects of climate crisis. Every day, I have to remind myself I can only do what I can because it does get a little overwhelming. Hence, thank you A LOT for this chat! This platform need more mindfulness

Two of the biggest polluters of the environment - Russia and China - have said they will not attend the summit; and here in the U.S., the big cattle and swine industries will in no way give quarter to recommendations that would mean cutting their profits. I admire your sentiment and wish it were different, but the greed that powers environmental destruction is enormous. Thank you for your beautiful work though, and kudos for such high-quality video.

America fuels a lot of manufacturing demands in East Asia. They make the products that we want to buy. We aren't held culpable for the devastation wrought by that demand because we've pushed it off onto countries with cheaper labor, few worker protections, and little safeguard of the environment

“Reimagined recipes”… ohhh… this piques my curiosity and excitement. Food prep and freezers are two of my fave sustainable habits. My partner just made a giant pot of borscht yesterday using homegrown beets and other winter veg from our root cellar. “Eat some, freeze some!” is our motto. We are privileged to have land for growing and also a root cellar for storing our homegrown winter veg. Thanks for this Immy, I am excited to try your reimagined recipes. 🌎💦Ⓜ️ary🥔🥕🧅🧄

No worries Immy! It's not "mandatory" to boil lasagna sheets! As an italian, i can say that 😂. If you use homemade, of course not, but if you buy the sheets (read the instructions because maybe it says otherwise) on average, if you assemble the lasagna when the sauce is hot hot (meaning not boiling but not just lukewarm, maybe 70-80C), the sauce will cook lasagna sheets anyway (the oven wil just melt everything together), and you will end up with a more firm lasagna that doesn't fall apart when you plate it. In the other side, if you have leftover ragù/bolognese and want to make a lasagna, then yes, better cook the sheets because if you don't, you wil get a dry lasagna because the sheets will cook as the sauce heats up in the oven, and it will take longer too! Hope it helps! 🌼

I din't expect Amy to be inspired by an avant-garde vegan recipe. DOn't know why though, great minds do think alike, don't they. I was also very inspired by the action that the U.K.'s people are taking for climate justice. We in Geneva have frequent climate awareness marches, but there's always more we can do.

I loved your video but I had to stop when I saw the Mushrum guy pull out the entire mycelium out of the soil and then he cut it back anyway, because its not edible. If you just cut your mushrooms of the ground and leave the mycelium in the soil (the roots), there will be many mushrooms to grow back from it. If you just pull it, you destroy the mycelium which means another mushroom will not grow from it.
