This is a great list of inspirational cookery books! I have your Moroccan book as well as the Indian one that you co-wrote with Julie LeClerc - both useful and fabulous. I have all of Diana Henry’s work, too - great writing and recipes.

So good to enjoy another video from you. Thank you. My latest acquisition is not a cookbook but a utensil - the Danish dough whisk. It's a funny-looking whirl of what looks like #8 wire but it's the bomb! I use it all the time, in breadmaking, cake making - whatever.
