Hiya, thanks for watching. Yes Tonka Imperiale being discontinued is just so sad. I wonder if Guerlain will bring it back under a new name like they've done with Rose Cherie and Feve Gourmande ( replacing the French Kiss and Gourmand Coquin)

Loved this run down and your descriptions. I love Delina and I don't usually even like rose, but it's just that good that it's genuinely genre busting. I do really enjoy peony and have Lust in Paradise by Ex Nihilo which is a very fresh, pink peony that I can't wait to dig out now that it's feeling a little more spring like! I'm really intrigued by Alice - may need to grab a sample 🙂

Confessions of a Garden Gnome, please! 🤗 I’m one of the unlucky ones who got the reformulated version of this absolutely beautiful green scent so I feel for your friend. Rasei Fort said he used a different mango but I think a lot more than that was changed. Sigh.

Hiya, isn't it such a terrible shame. And yes i highly suspect a lot more than mango is different. The brightness of the florals and that lively moss are definitely missing. I had a similar problem with Charlatan. That's a whole other saga, but basically it was a shadow of its original form. ☹️

Thanks for watching. Well Rose Peonia is a more pink lively youthful scent. No green or musks. It's a bright pink sugary rose with a noticeable pink pepper. Lacks a bit of elegance i guess. La Colle Noir is more complex but softer. It's sweet but not anything near Rose Peonia. Much more mature (not old though) and has the stemy Dior style.
