Nucrest is a good CC creator for men clothes, there's a lot of masculine clothing. Johnny Sims is the best for CC hair. They both do packs/sets.

TwistedCatCC is another one of my favs, they have AMAZING eyelashes that look even more maxis match than Miiko. For Mens stuff, JohnnySimmer is the best hands down. As for build mode, HeyHarrie, Felixandresims, and their combination cc HouseofHarlix are the absolute best. These creators are genuinely a must have for me, I cannot play the game without them anymore.

Speaking of Harrie and Felixandre - their stuff is literally better and wholesome (every option of items you can possibly need to build a house, like doors and windows for every wall hight and etc.) than any Sims 4 DLC! If not game play there would be no reasons to buy dlc, because modders make stuff for b&b or Cas of better quality than EA itself😂

The good thing for cc is that it is free, and despite the appearance, what the cc creators do are usually nice looking and mordern too, realistic, but sadly the quality is not always there, Ill explain, a lot of the item are filled with tearing prismes (lines that are visible on the objects, that should not be there) compare to what EA does, which never or rarely have those umpolished prismes lines... they are sadly deal breaker to me.

​@@Klondike877 That is the question of what cc from which modders you are using. Of course there is some cc of questionable quality - but you have lots of options to choose from to compensate it. For example, during the time i decided to use only cc from modders with history of good quality cc like Felixandre, Harrie, Peacemaker and some others. But, returning to EA, some of their content was of horrible quality - even modders with the worst quality were having better quality than EA sometimes! For example, EA shoes are my personal pain - there's always some problem about heel which is absolutely flat, or about boots which are making legs look twice bigger 😰 The problem is the no matter the quality of some objects, you are still buying this DLC because you want some other objects or gameplay from this DLC! That's what i hate the most! They're selling sets which can't be divided into parts! For example, in growing together the only thing i wanted was gameplay - i don't like or need anything else from this DLC - but i was forced to pay full price for shitty empty american suburbia town and boring cas and build/buy which was coming with gameplay and i can't even turn it off without turning off the gameplay! Oh, and cherry on the top is the fact that gameplay is still broken even after so many time and patches! And not only game play of growing together - lots of others DLC are in the same condition... Nice work, EA 👍

My issue with cc is that every update seems to break it. Since they update all the time, I can't be bothered. That being said, I do have eyelashes. But, you can't wear rings with the eyelashes I have. I just might get the ones you show. They are very nice!

I’ve only ever used one single creator for male cc: Darte77. It’s maxis-matchy enough and looks great in game. I do come from the time where alpha was basically the only cc, though. So I‘m generally not that sensitive about a hint of alpha if it fits the overall theme.

For maxis match male CC I agree with you that there are no good ones. Concerning Alpha CC for male sims only 2 creators come to mind and that's GorillaX and Darte77 they have very nice CC

As to the "lying" part, I was referring to what Satch said about ppl saying that to him. But I stand by what I said. You don't need Alpha OR MM, to make a beautiful Afro-textured sim. I watch so many ppl play with the base game and a few packs and their sims are gorgeous. At the end of the day, it's just a game and everyone will play and create things as they like.

Thank you recommending a creator that makes afro textured hairstyles. One of the many problems I have with EA is the lack of afro-textured hair! There's no reason why I have to buy like 3 separate packs for braids. We have 2 afros..TWO AFROS for women and 1 for men and the men one is absolutely ugly. It's upsetting bc why do some of my black sims have to have straight or wavy hair? Now some absolutely can but let's have so realism...not all of us have straight and wavy hair at least ALL the time🤦🏽‍♀️. And not all of us can download cc, coming from a console player I literally have to buy any packs with afro-textured hair bc there's barely any to choose from.

Love the dog bath, I really wish bathing the animals would’ve been a part of cats and dogs because if you own a dog, depending on what kind of dog you have, the cost and time to take them to the groomers is quite a bit. I know this is probably asking too much, but I also thought they could’ve added like a pet grooming career to kind of go along with the vet. I also think they made certain things about the pets too easy. For example, if you get fleas, they get your carpet, your furniture and you have to flea bomb the house you don’t just get to go to the vet and have them spray your animal and it’s done

My favorite CC creators are HeyHarrie and FelixAndre (build sets) and when they Collab it's called House of Harlix. I love everything they do. I also love Sixamcc and Pierisim. I just started getting CAS cc recently so I'm def looking for those lashes! Honestly if EA isn't adding actually good gameplay this year, I'm not buying anything bc CC offers better content. You know the original maker of 3D eyelashes makes them in skin details and so does miiko. So it's not because they're 3D that they have to be in glasses. They also make them for skin details therefore you don't have to apply them with every outfit which is tedious

I like the look of alpha cc on a whole alpha cc sim but I feel like it stands out too much in the game to the point where you feel like you need to turn all the other sims into alpha cc too and I personally have no time for that 😆I promise you though there are some great cc that are individual. It's like digital shopping lol. I put on my jams and just go to town "shopping" cc 😆 (Btw, the gasoline collection is available now lol) Golyhawhaw makes amazing cc for male sims. I love his facial hair for men and the non-default eyes he has (he is sort of part of the WW cc but it's not over the top with his patreon). You're just not finding the right creators of male cc lol. There is plenty of it out there, I promise

Honestly, Golyhawhaw is my favorite when it comes to Male CC. Very masculine cc and cas stuff and even mesh addons or replacers for the male body. He even has slider mods like for a thicker neck, bigger hands, or feet, because dudes in Sims 4 have pencil necks even when they're maxed out in muscles. He also has a few presets if you wanna look like a certain character like Chris Redfield from Resident Evil or even a celebrity lol like Chris Evans. Best part is it's all Maxis Match lol. Though his mods aren't in "packs" but are downloaded as individual cc. I personally don't care about that lol since I reorganize my own cc and mods anyway with categorized folders instead of "packs".

Honestly, I prefer maxis matchy cc as well and cc that comes in packs/sets as well. Whenever I see people making these very realistic sims, I just think about how jarring it is to have their sim interact with a townie. The sims 4 is very much a game that looks like a cartoon, so having realistic elements in the game looks weird and out of place (no shame to alpha lovers though) unless you make everything else look realistic as well, but it takes a lot of time to make every sim and/or lot look realistic and I personally don't have the patience to do that. Which leads into why I like sets of cc. I don't enjoy looking through individual cc items to find ones that I like nor do I have the patience, so I just prefer downloading sets of cc that I would like to have in my game.

i use those same eyelashes but in skin details. and it's so much easier not clicking thru every category. they clash with some accessories though, so i just don't use the accessories if they clash.
