I will drag race people for sure but I dont know about bashing I dont want my high dollar rigs crashed into and broke up. I need a beater to run with the fellas. And 1/5 gas is a rare around here. I work in Stafford bro! Ive never raced before and never ran with anyone so it would be fun. I got some rigs I could bring actually that are not expensive just cheap good bajas I built. I definitely want to race now I got my car built and engine run in some. It still aint done but its getting there. I could not tame the wheelies. It took a suspension adjustment and lengthened chassis and that did the trick. At the end of the vid it tried to pull a wheelie. If keeps that up Ill have to go up a gear set. I dont want wheelies that slows you down.

Hey Sam those are king motor vvc shocks Ive changed the pistons and I think I have 45~50wt in the rear and 25~35wt up front. The whole car feels very on point with the drag setup. Stays down with the long chassis and just goes!!

Another great video man, so I have a question for you. I have a Rovan 5T with the 36cc engine. You gave me advice for what I should set my high and low setting to. My question is no matter where I adjust my idle screw to it doesn’t idle. As soon as I let off the gas it stalls. Is that where it should be or is there something else I need to adjust? Thanks

Hey brother that is because of the dual ring dragging the engine down. Its not going to idle , my brand new 36 runs decent but is the very same. Im gonna be making in my next video the tear down and removal of the lower ring. Simply take the cylinder off , remove the top ring on the piston and slide the bottom one to the top race in the piston and put it back together and make sure the ring gap is centered over the pin in the piston race if you never have done it before . Its very easy to do and will make way more power and idle.

If you do not want to take your engine apart , do this leave the idle where it is supposed to be set and trim your throttle on your radio so they engine stays running. Hope that helps bro

@brimor1187 well thanks bro I appreciate it and yes unfortunately all the new 36’s and the 45’s are dual ring. Just not good for our application. I like to get a whole new piston and single ring specific one and replace the dual ring piston. So cheap and easy to do. You dont even need to take the engine out. And you’re more than welcome bro!!

Hello , thanks for watching my channel. First I would buy it from fearless RC only, I recommend a good kill switch , Dan at Fearless sells Triton kill switches they are better than the dynamite ones. You will want to go over the entire car and make sure all the screws are tight. A front chassis brace would be nice to add because the front of the baja is the weak point. Then just make sure it rolls nice and free and you will be ready to rip. I have many tech vids to help with certain areas of the baja. I hope you have a nice weekend!

Hey girl also watch my tuning videos so you can set a base tune before you take the car out and run it. You dont want it idling super fast and running lean , that wont last long. And stay away from the dual ring engines. I would suggest starting out with a 30.5 cc baja you will have plenty of fun with it. The baja is the most upgradable 1/5 gas ⛽️ rc so you can later add stuff and make it your own and better!

@@eastsiderc Ah thanks, Tbh I was wanting to buy the 320as 32cc sand one I think just bc I live on a beach in Florida and it comes with the covers for the pull case and the air filter bc just to buy the 30.5cc version then all those it’s almost cheaper just to buy the car that has all those already on it?

Yes the 32 sand one get that. You will love that if you live near the beach that will be a blast! You are thinking correctly!!
