About minis: I really wish the industry would create more! While a lot of videos emphasize how much product an eyeshadow palette, especially, or other makeup item contains, the reality is that most of us never come close to "hitting pan" with most products, and I continually see influencers de-cluttering almost unused makeup. So it's wasteful, and also, many of us would like to try a range of products without feeling guilty about what we've already got. And with limited shelf life makeup - think mascara - having a full-sized tube of something that should be replaced in three months is just wrong! So make more minis! I for one would be happy to pay more per ounce to get a range of makeup I am more likely to actually enjoy.

I bought a couple of the Laura Geller eyeshadow palettes in different colorways a while back at TJMaxx/Marshalls, and they are great if you tend to be heavy-handed with your shadows, or if you just like a lighter look. They are at my local TJMaxx and Marshalls stores (several in my area) this week, in stock at least a few at each store, and the shadows don't fade throughout the day if you use an eyelid primer underneath. A great, almost ethereal look. Thanks for the video!

I LOVE Laura Geller eyeshadows. I just bought The Casual Collection Copper & Khaki. They are buildable and can be intensified with water. Also have Warm Delights palette. Gorgeous color's.

I ordered a Laura Geller palette from Amazon that was recommended by one of my KZbin people and I really love the finely milled shadows. When I tap off the excess it’s a “cloud” rather than heavy fallout. I’d purchase another if the shades suited me.

I bought a couple of BeautyBay olaplex dupes. They are super concentrated, larger bottles, the same smell, perform the same but are quarter the price. They are great too‼️NARS palettes are all very good but very similar. I don’t have the new one but it has good reviews. I’d carefully check the colour story to make sure you’re getting something new for you.

Have been very happy with Yensa's Pink Lotus Peptide Renewal Cream, a face cream; it's light-textured yet very rich, and I'm so glad I tried it b/c my regular cream, that comes from the UK, is getting hard to obtain even on Amazon. I need 3 layers with most moisturizers but not with this one.

I love a Nars palette. They have great shimmers but their color stories tend to be the same.

Have you tried the Physicians Formula Diamond mascara? I have very short and sparse lashes and I love how this mascara makes my lashes look. It makes them look very black, long and have a lot of volume without being clumpy looking. It also does not flake or smudge with water eyes, but washes away easily at the end of the day.

The Bigelow brand at Bath & Body Works had those lipglosses in the little tins a few years back. The clear one was a great cuticle softener for carrying in your purse.

Lol, i have a weird attitude about Nars too. It's not Nars fault, but i discovered Orgasm & bought several versions. It wore beautifully for a few months, but i was coincidentally in a skin-aging-transition and boom! It was a texture magnifier. I ended up passing the products on to a newly out trans friend, who loved them, but ive been grumpy with nars ever since. Im especially peeved because this all happened before Orgasm hit maximum trend status and the shallow side of me was mad that nobody cared when I was using it. I even got in trouble with other moms on FB for using the shade name "in public."

I love Laura Gellar eyeshadows. I was lucky to be able to go in her store she had in upper east side of NYC years ago. Her makeup artist redid my eyeshadow in pink on kid and green in crease. I had been crying as my son lives in NYC and I live in Ohio. I would take subway to her store all the time then hail a taxi to airport. It was cheaper that way and got to go in her store. Sadly it closed during Covid sometime.

I have been wanting to try bond bar! With the influx of bonding products like K19 and living proof’s bonding complex, Sally’s has really stepped up, I always like to go to Sally’s to get the generic forms of the expensive products because they are always just as effective and at a minimum price. I bought a Dyson-like hair dryer for only 250 bucks there & I love it!
