The fact that Charmie went to school to learn the German language shows dedication & sincerity. Andre is the type of guy who demands his respect in a very nice way, that and his intellegence I'm sure he knows how to read people very well. Also, Charmie is constantly touching, hugging, and hanging on Andre so I do not doubt their love for one another. My wife and I have been together for 12 years and we have a lovely son who was born in the Philippines. There are many successful marriages across different cultures. I met my ex-wife in Cebu. We married, started a family, and moved back to the states. 17 years later, I found out she was cheating on me. Why? Feminism and the influence of Western culture. When we met she was a traditional Filipina, went to church every Sunday, devout Catholic. Hell, even when she was cheating she went to church. I had to buy her out of her half of the house, but in the end the kids ended up living with me after the divorce. The only plus. There are no guarantees in life. Some lessons you learn the hard way. I'm not saying Charmie is the same. But you can never predict these things. My XW is the last person I would ever have thought could betray me. But women can bored in a long-term relationship. And Western culture almost incentivizes women to leave their men. My advice is to stay in the PI and watch who her friends are. The culture is far more conducive to marriage and family.
