And after the shrooms, I felt disconnected from everyone and everything around me. I just wanted to alone. I am learning to feel happiness from within myself, not running from myself. The more spiritually aware you are, the more clean and healthy you are, the deeper you will go. I can't even begin to give words to what you will see, or experience. Wonderful. A very concise and clear expression of the experience. I've done it twice. The first, I resisted a lot and knew I hadn't got what I could from it. The second experience, about two years hence from the first, was much more productive. I had focused on what I needed to do, often meditated on what I HAD learned, cultivated a quieter mind. When I went back, Mother Ayahuasca, who had been somewhat curt with me, said "You've done the right things" and everything that second time was much more intense and enlightening. I got to ask questioning have them answered directly, with full, clear answers to questions like "Are you just a voice in my head?", "Why do I have to undergo this ceremony and take this stuff, can't you just bestow enlightenment on people?", things like that. Everything, really! I'm so glad you had a fulfilling experience. Sounds like it was really intense, but it's wonderful that you've shared this. Thanks!

@RealScotticus What was their response to your enlightenment question?
@RealScotticus Жыл бұрын
@@Ms-gq6su I had quite a few! So the response to the 'Am I just imagining you/are you just a voice in my head', the short answer was 'No. As you see it, I (Mother Ayahuasca) am a seperate thing, a seperate being'. Which was nice! The longer answer was more something like "It doesn't matter" I'll try express what that meant. When you talk to someone, there's a transfer of ideas and the most important thing to the instance of consciousness present at a particular moment, I.E. The thing we call 'you', is sort of how that changes your thoughts, ideas, knowledge, mood etc. So how much does it matter whether you're talking to someone/thing else? Not really that much. Even in a conversation, a lot of people are really more focussed on what they're going to say. A person can have a full-blown conversation in their head as they idly walk along the street, they might harken back to some memory from 10 years ago of someone who's long since dead. They likely mis-remember facts and events quite drastically from what 'actually' happened, and they can have discussions with people in the future by, say, rehearsing some interview questions, or even have an arguement in their mind with someone who doesn't even exist ("Oh, next time someone says that, I'm going to say this, and they'll get frustrated, and I'll just stay calm and...") It was a something very difficult to express in words, but the point was, no-one's really a 'seperate entity' once you've incorporated them into your mindset. One sentence from a parent can influence every other single event, conversation and experience a person has so...is that parent 'seperate' from the child? Not really. where's the delineation?! I also asked something after I was told 'You don't need that' (The last cup on the final ceremony. I asked "Is this me pussying out?" And She said "No. You could suffer more but you won't get anything of value from taking another dose of Ayahuasca." So I said "Ok...cool. Thanks." And I thought about it and asked "Wait a minute...if I DID take another cup, couldn't you just make it so nothing happened? You did that with the other guy yesterday because it was MY time to really get into the experience and now it's his. Why does it matter if I take another cup?" She actually had to think a little how to explain it and the chat went something like this: "Ok; You are NOT going to take another cup." "But I could?" "Yes. But you won't. It's already been decided, there is no chance you will take another cup." "So it's set in stone, fated, cannot be changed, it's already happened...but I still have the choice and COULD just change this pre-ordained, eternally unchangeable decision and moment?" She was quite forthright in saying "Yes. And that'll have always been the case" She likened it to the discovery of particle waves existing as nothing more than uncertain possibilities until they are observed and collapse into a 'real' state. The cup of Ayahuasca is the same as anything; it's a collection of atoms, formed by a magnetic plain, from stuff we think of as 'energy', but it's not actually any 'thing', any more than a thought is impossible to quantify or define but they are everything that we are, our actions, our inner-life...everything. So the cup and liquid, all that, doesn't do anything in itself, it is, at best, a prompt a sort of 'totem' of an intent, which is the same as EVERYTHING, everything that happens or exists is just a representation of an intent This whole part of the discussion was like talking to 'Retcon' from that Rick and Morty episode. What was interesting is that she started telling me I HAD taken the second cup. I didn't think I had, but she said "Oh, it'll kick in soon. And you HAD been trying to back out and this is going to be more intense than anything, you haven't seen ANYTHING yet!" And I strarted getting worried. There was a slight;y oppressive feeling and my anxiety was rising And then the guide took my eye cover off and asked if I wanted the second cup. I had NO idea what had happened...then couldn't stop laughing. By the end of the ceremony, everyone else tehre was laughing for hours, just this pure, un-fettered and joyous laughter about nothing and everything. Yes, Mother Ayahuasca was playin' with me! It was the most concise way to show that yeah, you shouldn't take anything TOO seriously. And she does have a sense of Humour. In fact, whatever anyone perceives God to be, it DOES have a sense of humour and enjoys laughing!

My brother went to Peru and did it then came back and did it a few times and was feeling great like a new found enlightenment...but then....he went away on a retreat for almost 2 weeks. He came back thinner because of a strict diet he was on but this time he wasn't happy or excited about life he looked like he was worse than before he left. Over the next 4 days he barely wanted to even speak to me (we live together) he was suddenly reading a book (he never reads books) he now prays to some higher power within a following of Aya before he eats anything he is staying on his diet which was just steamed vegetables and literally nothing else and just tea and water to drink. Now he has nothing to say to me he's not interested in hanging out with me, he doesn't laugh he stopped gaming or watching any movies and today he just left to go be with his girlfriend which is fair enough I hope she can make him feel better but one thing is for sure. He's not the same anymore, he's not happy either. He was fine every other time. This last one changed him though, I feel like he is now a complete stranger.

I'm a very pragmatic, evidence-based man and the experience I had with Ayahuasca was unbelievable. I have wanted to tell every person with whom I've come in contact about the story, but the intensity of it has scared people away from me even completing the story. There were several points when I was terrified, believing I was actually going to die. But what I realized was that people use their egos to "protect" themselves , either with force or narrative, and during this experience, it had NO CHANCE to protect me. And what was ACTUALLY dying was the old ego that believed it could protect me from everything. And that scared the $hit out of me. It gave me an unbelievable perspective that I'm still trying to process but the takeaway is that I'm not done. Despite some of the terror filled moments, I WILL be doing it again

I'm speaking on the behalf of mushrooms here-- It was the best experience of my life so far, I felt so alive, so aware, so enlightened. There were no thoughts, no 'ego', meaning-- There were no sense of a grounded personality, I could be anything. They free you from who you think you are, vs what you are, and what you are is limitless energy, a body that can be anything, it's love. IT literally connects you with YOU. It shows unconditional love. The power of love is unconditonal, it's free and limitless, it's giving, it's caring, it's an entity, it's God. It's love. You can do anything and this power will still love you just the way you are, as if you were just born, that sort of love it has for you-- It doesn't hold you down for what you've done. It brings that feeling of: Your first true love, everything is connected, everything is warm, everything is perfect, it's peaceful, you can take a nap feeling secure, such a secure feeling of being a happy millionare who never has to work, who has close peace and upbringing of closeness to you, where you can take a nap in pure peace. It feels energizing, it feels so natural, it feels like you've already died, and you know what's coming next. It's like you already know everything. We do know. We forget who we are and why we're here. We know ourselves deeply. We know what life is, there is no question to it. It gives you deep insight, but seemingly not everything for the suprises after death are still a mystery of what can happen. Anything can happen, but it's home. Being with God (love) is home, that's what we are, we are love. We are personalities, we build them, we create what we want to be and sometimes we create what we don't want to be. It's all about construction of you based off your thoughts and experiences. You create the you, but the you is always changing and boundless. You must realize you're not 'you', the 'you', you think is you. It's not you. You are natural. You are peace, love, kindness, rationality, knowing, wholesome. I'm talking about mushrooms. They bring the truth of you. If you've done bad things they show you, and it can heal you. You would more than likely have a bad trip if you're a killer or a rapist or something horrible because what you've done uprises, but it shows you gently. God shows you gently with reason what you've done and how you've affected people. God is just though, love is just. This world isn't fair but God is. Peace and love to whom ever may be reading this.

As someone who has attended many Ayahuasca ceremonies I can say it is very healing. Further, every ceremony is different, and you will learn different things and react differently to the medicine. The other thing which is true, at least for me, is that more is not necessarily better. You do not need to get completely wasted to learn the lessons. In fact, it is better, I think, to learn to hear the whisper than to require so much medicine that Aya is screaming at you. My best lessons were done with hardly any nausea, no throwing up, and, of course, no shitting my pants. In fact, in something like 30 ceremonies, I have only seen one person shit their pants. Sometimes, you might need to go to the bathroom, so you get up (sometimes with help) and go to the bathroom to do your business.

Some people do not experience a hellish type of thing, almost all do though because we have things to face and learn, in the end, you where always safe in your mind, but be in a safe place for your body while you do it.

I've been involved in ayahuasca ceremonies for many years, and I understand the energy dynamics of these profound events. Conducting a ceremony with 90 participants in one room can create an incredibly intense atmosphere. While some might appreciate this energy, I personally find that ceremonies with more than 20 people can feel overwhelming due to the myriad of energies interacting in one space. In my experience, smaller, more intimate ceremonies are preferable. They tend to provide a safer, more controlled environment for navigating the powerful experiences that ayahuasca induces. Especially for newcomers, a large group can complicate the experience with the varied energies and potential traumas being processed by participants. Though I haven’t seen the entire video, I believe that for anyone’s first time, choosing a setting with fewer participants will greatly enhance the experience, making it less chaotic and more conducive to personal healing and exploration.

What do you say to the people who claim it opens portals for demons? There's so many contradictions on this topic I don't know where to start.
@SunGodCadena11 ай бұрын
There's many ways to view that statement. In a way, your mind/spirit is vulnerable to psychic/subconscious suggestion. Any hidden fears, anxieties, or uncomfortable feelings will manifest into "entities" or scenes like a waking dream. If you come from a religious/strict background you'll feel very guilty and scared that will manifest as demons that could either be kind with ill intentions or outright evil. You can pick up on others "energy" and that can also turn into bad things but that could also be projection of your own fears. It all depends on your view, the only thing that changes is the vocabulary. If you're an atheist, it is the mind making random things up and it means nothing. If you're from an Abrahamic religion, there's demons that notice your spirit is disconnected from your body and try to possess your mind and body to control you for evil. If you're new age, there's good and bad entities out there's and you must test the spirit to determine their intent. If you're somewhere in between it's both spirit and psychological things happening at once and only you can determine the difference. I don't know if that helps or it's more confusion but i guess it's a point of view. No one person has the full picture and i wish you well on your journey.

I did shrooms recently and had experience where I felt all the pain of my wife (we’ve been going through some things). I felt her hurt and I also saw this pain and anger manifest itself into a black blob in the center of the universe. It was beautiful it was scary. It covered me and consumed. I remember screaming into pillow I was laying on and after it passed. Peace. Peace and calm like you couldn’t believe. After that she held me and I told her everything. Weird, I have friends who are also doing aya in these type of retreats but none of them are drinking enough to actually fully trip. Aya isn't a 'feeling' it's a major hallucinogen, when I've done ceremony I completely enter a different realm hence 'journey' where the world is morphing and nothing is real anymore, I don't know why he didn't share the hallucinogenic part of it. Other friends have said they didn't hallucinating, I wonder if these retreats are giving baby doses?

Both ayahuasca ceremonies I went to I didn’t get very clear visuals. I drank 3 cups each night the first ceremony I went to. I was mostly puking, with brief moments of clarity, followed by muddied visuals followed by more puking. I feel like all the puking made it hard to get a really crisp, and clear message. I also felt incredibly drunk which was uncomfortable because I hadn’t had alcohol in like 4 years. I think PE mushrooms are on the exact same playing field as ayahuasca minus the intense purging. The 2nd time I did ayahuasca I only puked once, and it was a very gentle experience that made me sleepy, and I got like one visual then it disappeared quickly. I sort of wonder if it’s just not for everyone? Like that book by Carlos Castaneda the teaching of Don Juan. He talks about certain plants being your ally. In this book I believe datura, and peyote were his ally. I feel strongly for mushrooms. I’ve been to several peyote ceremonies as well they just make me feel fuzzy, while other people are having full blow psychedelic experiences.
@nodiggity8497 Жыл бұрын
@@yourinception No, you don't get to control aya because your consciousness is connected to the room or the big group of people. It straight up will take you... there is not letting go, you catapult, you are gone and it will be very intense unless you surrender to it otherwise it will be terrifying. Something is up, I think these retreats are watering down the doses. A true aya trip you vaporize out of your body and question if you're even in one anymore, your brian will twist like the gears of a clock, the world is gone and you question if you are in the after life, you'll see the spirits fly in and out of the room like phantoms and all the animals they sing about will manifest before your eyes. I think maybe like the person above mentioned that they're scared to send people maybe because some people really do freak out. The real healing comes from going and coming back from that place you're catapulted to. I've had my body eaten by earth worms before coming back to earth again, that can be terrifying for some people. It is really weird though to hear about people taking aya but not really going there, I'm not sure you guys know that you weren't sent to the spirit world if you're not having the hallucinogenic experience. You are not in control under aya, you are a passenger of where she takes you. If you're not in the spirit world it sounds like micro dosing the brew.

I do wonder how much if your experience is sleep deprivation toward the end of your experience. I think your experience sounds unappealing but I'm glad you got something from it.

Where does this power to change one's ego and self come from? A liquid from a plant or tree? There seems to be intelligence involved outside of self while experiencing ayahuasca. The Holy Bible would call this sorcery. I believe the visions seen while on the journey are real, but they are not from a pure place. Throwing up, crying, disturbed sleep patterns all seem to point to a non-pure path. When one comes to God through Jesus, there are no negative physical side effects but yet one discovers peace with themselves because they are connected to Christ. Be careful playing with the supernatural outside of God. Psychedelics may seem to help, but they are no replacement for God.

Very solid advice. Having done aya 100 times, they are as pure as they get and consistently so. The lesson it transmits is one of the purest divine love. The plants have been here on Earth for a lot longer than humans have and they are a creation of God as well. They’ve had a lot more time to achieve nirvana and attune to universal consciousness than humans have had. 🙏🏼

This isn’t just plant medicine. Take an herb and you will be okay. This is a spiritual practice and therefore you need to know which “God” you are entertaining. In the Bible, people worshipped many Gods. “have no other gods before [Him]” (Exodus 20:3). The Lord did not want His people to give their hearts, souls, and minds to anything ahead of Him. Although people can make things or people Lords in their lives, there are other Gods in which people who draw their power, per se. exodus 7:10-12 King James Version (KJV) And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the LORD had commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants, and it became a serpent. God, the creator, Jesus can provide true healing from depression, anxiety and so on and there be no confusion afterwards. Be very careful and do your homework.

I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND Ayahuasca for people, who have ever suffered from depersonalization/derealization, even if you have recovered from it. Its very dangerous and there is a high probability that you will be stuck in it for the rest of your life.

Hi Christine, I am going to South America in January, and finishing my trip at Macchu pichu. I had an experience where I listened to a frequency from the CIA gateway experience…….this was 3 months ago now, it was the most difficult and scariest experience of my life, I went straight into a meditation after listening to this frequency……..I felt this rush of energy surge up the whole of my body from my feet to my head, I had this extreme pressure and tingling sensation in my head, hands, and feet……it was like I had been struck by a bolt of lightening……the ball of energy in my chest was overwhelming and my heart was pounding like it never has done before……it wasn’t until after doing some deep research that I later put the pieces together and realised I had experienced what is called a dark kundalini awakening. I learned that yogi masters teach students for years to perfect the poses to allow the energy to flow freely, but what I done was accidentally and spontaneously awakened my kundalini energy, and my mind and body wasn’t ready……even now as I am writing this I still feel strange sensations all over the top of my head, like electrical pulsating currents……I’m pretty sure in that moment I activated my pineal gland. I still Feel the tingling in my hands and feet but the sensation has subsided a lot……I thought by doing an ayhuasca ceremony it maybe help release any energy that is blocked, but after reading your comment I am very apprehensive, because after my experience I had to take time off work, it was like my Whole world was turned upside down, I couldn’t walk down the street without the footpath swaying from side to side, I was totally off balance, walking into things, my hearing was all warped, I could hear conversations from people that were standing 20 yards away and it was like they were whispering in my ears, my vision was vibrating followed by extreme pressure in my head like it was about to explode…..I reached out to people in the spiritual community, but because it is such a rare occurrence nobody could help me. Any advice would Be greatly appreciated.

Yeah I wish governments actually invested more into trauma healing with psychedelics. Expect a bad trip and know you’re going to come out the other side no longer depressed. I’m still working through trauma from 8 years of eugenics with psilocybin. They really help you dive deep into your subconscious and release emotions you didn’t know you were harbouring.
