Biomechanical tuning is about teaching your body how to properly ride a bike. Thats why coach leian said that no matter what size of bike youre going to be riding it will be the same. Also he cannot perform bike fitting on the elves bike because it has integrated stem and dropbars hence he said he will biomechanically tune aira and alou on aira's old bike. I dont get what the people in the comment section are debating about. And just like in psychology, there are a lot of bike fitting theories that bikefitters have. What you are largely paying for is their knowledge and experience in bike fitting other people as they would already have a good eye on what needs to be changed or needs to be improved.

Worth it ba??? For bike fitting important talaga is saddle height para you can generate efficient power from your calf n legs, then try experimenting on stems, short or long ba? very important is yung upper mo hindi siya na eextend to much to grab the bars para hindi sumakit ang likod at shoulder mo. To develop kc ang climb you have to be actually on climb route, then syempre develop yung lung capacity yung aerobic capacity for endurance deep breathing exercises at syempre strength training din for upper for stronger core. Very important enjoy enjoy lang yun lang naman talga ang mahalaga diba 🤙🏼😷

For me bike fitting is like just a commonsence . Me mga mga chart naman tayo about the frme size...when it comes to gearing make it proper para dika laspag kagad.

Sa North America, $300 ang bike fitting. Pero dapat bibili ka pa lang ng bike at iko-customize s'yo lahat ng parts eg. length/angle ng stem, width ng drop bars, length ng crank arms, height/position ng saddle at frame size etc. Mina-match yun dimension ng frame especialy un top & seat tube sa height & size ng rider. Pero ang nagsasagawa nito isang legit ex-professional cyclist & tri-athlete. Hindi ko alam credentials ni Crzctrl. Pero he seems to know a thing or two abt biomechanics, ergonomics, correct posture & comfort vs. effeciency. Kaso ang naguudergo lang karaniwan ng bike fitting eh yun gusto maging professional rider who could maintain 42-45 km/h ave. speed and travel 200 km distances. Angelo bikerdude seems to be a good candidate.
