OMG, Jonathan, the scenery is breathe-taking, the reflection in the water, the beauty of God! And the trout, WOW! I can almost taste it. You can't get much better than this. I'm still loving your coffee "whooooo's"! Coffee Mocha, num, num, num! I'm a 70 year woman with health issues and can't get out and walk like I used to. You may want to consider getting some polarized sun glasses - they help you to see through the glare on the top of the water so it's easier to see if there are any fish close by or obstacles you need to avoid.

Your video brings back memories. Many yrs ago my husband & his brothers & I would hike in 2 miles or more to camp & fish. One of us would pack a light small pot to boil the water for coffee & such. And another would pack the cast iron frying pan. Some rice, potatoes, flour, oil, & seasonings to spice the fish or crayfish caught everyday. The cooked fish head was always fought over. It's the tastiest part, along with the eyes.

Wow-That's very bold of you in climbing up those rocks, but I'm sure that it was definitely worth it-so beautiful!🌄Now that's a bear🐻 container! I'm glad that you didn't give up on catching fish!🐟 For your fish, the seasoning- nothing to it(sea salt, pepper, and olive oil) and for cooking it- easy peasy (a frying pan and a stick to use as a spatula)!🤣😂 Great meal!! Yep, I was expecting that!☕(but with chocolate 🍫,that is a game changer)!

I found the best trout fishing are the lakes on the June Lake Loop. My brother is well known for his trout catches in the area. He's never been skunked in all the years he fishes up there. He lives in Lake Arrowhead and parks his fifth wheeler up there somewhere during the warmer months. In the winter he stores it in San Bernardino. Beautiful hike and great photography work, Jonathan.

Also another note. Those clear blue containers have been defeated (cracked/shattered) by black bears. The all black ones are better and will most likely be required sooner than later in the Sierras (those clear blue ones are banned in Smokey Mountains). 2nd, not all parks in the sierras require bear canisters. Some parks like Stanislaus allow bear bags.
