i LOVE seeing the nice mix of plant-based foods you eat! 👏👏👏 i've been vegan for 9 years (pescatarian then vegetarian for most of my life before that.) if you want a plant option for eggs, have you tried 'just egg'? the texture is just like scrambled eggs. if you add a little kala namak (black salt) on top they get that egg yolk taste. a company called 'be leaf' makes a vegan fried egg that is freaky! i put a little black salt on those too. whatever your reasons for eating more plant-based foods, me, the animals (and the environment) thank you! 💜 ☺️

Ahh that’s so cool!! I’m vegetarian so that’s why I eat a lot of plant-based foods :) I’ll have to try those though! Do they have the protein equivalent to actual eggs?

hiiii so I recently started watching your videos! I was wondering if maybe you could do a video talking a little bit more about your French major and like your future career plans and how the major is like because I actually an a current senior who is planning on majoring in French in college and its really hard to find people on the internet that are French majors as well. I'm most likely going to extend the lease on my off-campus apartment! I haven't really heard anything about housing for next semester yet, but I think since I'll be a senior, all of my friends and I will be living in apartments!
