I visited Algeria five years ago, and the Algerian people treated me wonderfully and respectfully ❤❤ Then, thank God, I became a Muslim now, and I had never felt psychological comfort like this before. When I became a Muslim, I became completely hidden, as my life was miserable and miserable, and I felt that I was alone, but now that I am a Muslim, I feel that God With me at all times, my life became easier for me and my life became perfect and I began to fast during Ramadan and pray and give alms to the poor. 😊😊😊😊Indeed, the Islamic religion is a great religion and it is the religion of truth ☪️☪️☪️

France gave us nothing but death, losing our land, humiliation torture and many many many nightmares... All that Algeria have from that time (just haussmanian buildings and some churches), we fought for it. And the huge monument Maqam Al Chahid was built by algerians after our war for indépendance, that we won without army just by the people, algerians. And those brave people who died during that terrible time, are chouhada (plural of chahid) which martyrs. Algeria has a huge history before the french colonisation, during the french colonization and after, during présent times. We were always there, keeping our religion, traditions, gastronomie, history, bravery and we fought and will fight for anybody who wants their independance from western imperialism. Long live Algeria, the country of Islam and freedom, and FREE PALESTINE our blood brothers and sisters are suffering for so long. YA ALLAH free them and us from evil zionism. A Puerto Rican here from Orlando, FL. I have to say, Chris, and Gladys, I love your videos. Like you, I am a Special Forces retired. I hate the negativity that is politically applied, by default, to Muslims by those who love to spread hate and brand us as the perpetual standarte bearer of Israeli interest. Some of my closest friends are Muslim, and we show each other respect and love. The Muslim countries I have visited have only shown me love and have opened up their culture and love for me and my family. We need a whole lot of growing up to do in this country and I thank you for what you and Gladys are doing to assist in that process of teaching us that what separates us is dirty politics and not anything of substance! God bless and protect you both! Tell Gladys for me: Que Viva Venezuela! I plan to visit there soon.

Let me answer you, because I am an elderly Algerian, our interaction with the French is done with coldness And resentment especially with the new generation, with a background of bitterness. We forgive but we don't forget the French colonial crimes and pogroms against our ancestors and its wounds which remain alive until today. The entire Algerian territory is an open-air museum which recalls the people and the Tourists of the misdeeds of satanic France. We deeply despise it, government and people. On the other hand, our dealing and engagement with other nations are done in the best possible way, because we have Nothing to reproach us for, that's the difference...Our famous colonel, dead president BOUMEDIENNE HAD told FRENCH LEADERS AFTER INDEPENDENCE: “WE HAVE TURNED THE PAGE, BUT WE HAVE NOT TORN IT UP.”Between us and France An abyssal gulf now separates us from her indefinitely.

Wow This mosque is splendid. A real beauty. It makes you want to visit. I saw vlogs from a French KZbinr "Ben N'Co", he was able to climb to the top of the Minaret, offering a 360 degree panorama. The view is spectacular. I completely agree with you. Algerians are a deeply honest people. This is one of their strongest characteristics. Moreover, it is often they who invite and even pay for strangers. To be honest, Algeria is completely different from the rest of Africa and I would even say the world. Honesty is part of their education. It's in their DNA. Unlike neighboring countries, in Algeria people do not harass tourists to sell them anything and everything, nor try to rip them off. And that's really great as tourists. Plus, no matter where you are in Algeria, there will always be someone ready to help you if needed. So yes I agree with you to say that Algerians are honest and caring. they are like that. And the best part is that their generosity and honesty are selfless. They don't expect anything in return. This is pure honesty. They wear their hearts on their sleeves. This is remarkable in our time. This is probably why my best friend is of Algerian origin. Little advice. With the Algerians when they offer you something, it is from the good heart. The only way to manage to pay is to be faster than them. So either you put the money in his shirt pocket or in his hand. This is the only way to manage to pay. You have to be faster because when an Algerian decides to pay for you or refuse to let you pay him, there is nothing more to do, he will not want the money. It's typically Algerian. They don't give a damn about the money. What they foresee above all is values and humanity. I know what I'm talking about, my best friend is Algerian, and he's like that. Moreover, they are the most loyal in friendship and love. But on the other hand, there is only one thing they do not forgive, and that is betrayal. They would give you their shirt if we are loyal to them Wonderful people.
