This is what youtube is for not that over edited out of touch content where the influencer is in the center of the frame. You just want to say can you move ! . With you and other that go in the real life , real neighborhood we get real interaction where ist no longer tourist - local but human-human level. I like the POV filming. Really lets me as a viewer relax and just enjoy the view.

SAME! More travel vlogs need to do this style of POV filming. I want to see the city and hear commentary of personal experiences. Not watch someone get dressed a million times! 😂

Nice video! Just a small correction it's "Lira" not "Libra" lol Try to visit the countryside and other cities such as Batroun (A tourist coastal city), Ehden (a Mountain town with beautiful views that will shock you) and Byblos(the first or the second longest continuously inhabited city in the world). These are safe to visit now as they are in the North of country and don't have any threat of being targeted by war

White female, visited for a week in 2018. Walked day and night. The most dangerous is traffic and pavements, be mindful of your steps.... people are just amazing, thinking what they're going through, they are deep in my heart. I want to go back soon. As it so happened, I ended up in South Beirut in a mini van (servis taxi) with Hezbollah guys. Incredibly respect- and helpful, made sure I got to the right place safely.

you CAN visit lebanon, but there are scary parts. like you have to go in groups if your a woman tbh. people could bang on your door and pepper spray you once you open it so be careful, traffic is really annoying and could be dangerous so be careful while crossing roads!! ive met a few funny and humble people while i went around with my family (im lebanese but i only visit in the summer)

Our country was very good financially, but because of these horrible people in the black market, they started changing in the rates, they at last won and became richer and the people who also took risks and some of the people's salaries weren't fixed and to what they were originally and are struggling more. Not to mention our government who literally does nothing and instead is stealing from the country's money.😢😢I still remember when the exchange rate was 1 USD=1500 L.L😢.

Yes in Lebanon electricity goes often! 5:16 Yes Lebanese money changes since the covid started when first of Covid-19 Lebanon became and expensive place, if you ask rich people in Lebanon what they think about prices they will tell you they r expensive.. 6:38 Yes, Lebanon is a muslim country but there r more Christian (Its the only arab country with more Christians!!)

I'm from Lebanon, I've been there my whole life, I've never traveled sadly, so I know a thing or two about the towns and roads here, but I was surprised that I didn't even recognise a single road you were walking on 😂 Probably because I'm not from Beirut, I'm from Sfer, so that's pretty far. I was about to tell you about the reality of the currency until you figured it out yourself, so yeah. Fun fact: Before the covid pandemic, 1 usd used to be 1,500 LBP. Now it's 89,500(ish), and the highest it ever got was maybe a year ago, it got to like 140,000 😱 We were freakin out lemme tell you 😂 12:24 Those snips chips were the only thing I recognised in those bags, and they're 🔥. You should try the honey mustard ones they're honestly my favourite snips flavour. I hope you had fun in lebanon, I know it's pretty boring in the roads and towns, unless you go to the malls or the villages where there's cool activities 😎

- The power cuts exist due to the emergence of generator providers since the civil war, government giving 24/7 electricity would cause generator providers to go out of business - Using a credit card is fine, I’ve got one which supports both USD and LBP and I never touch the LBP and most things are priced in USD - The area you’re in is a Christian majority area, about clothing we’re up to date with fashion trends, people wearing Golden Goose or Jordans, no traditional arabic clothing

Hey, been living in Lebanon for nearly my entire life. It’s pretty neat here, sort of. Lebanese never followed the traffic rules, and the first time I ever saw a police do their job was when my school bus had to drop off a kid in my entire life time. My mother’s working really hard since my dad is retired, and she can’t take a break even if her ankle is sprained badly because we wouldn’t be living under a rood otherwise or finacially support our other relatives. Note, I don’t think there is a time traffic rules were regarded since my sister’s a toddler (2006), but I’m just guessing. Also, 7:45, damn, I think you walking through where we used to live, man (Not sure if I am allowed to say the location, but Arscherafieh). 9:00, omfg, that’s my old area. I recognise a couple of men and a lady there. Lmfao You should visit Dora or Bourjhamoud, it’s chaotic in here.
