I start printing 4 years ago. I learn to paint sking following his videos and making a mess trying to replicate. My advice, get an airbrush and practice a lot, you will fail multiple times but you will learn from each time you try

You got to find what works for you. Sometimes less is more. But as someone said get an airbrush it’ll make so much difference

I like that he doesn't focus too hard on the dialogue, it gives a sense of genuinity and also show his character. The editing makes up for it anyway, it's not like some people who either make a 1000 takes or just rawdog it with no cuts. I wish more people did it this way.

Edgar Rice Burrows, VERY early Sci-fi. Also, Tarzan. ERB was born in the late 1800's so, the themes and tropes in his work are different than what you would expect. Life on Mars, Venus, and the center of the earth, dark, unexplored Jungles. Heroic main charecter, damn near or naked beautiful women, daring-do, swashbuckling, etc.

The disposable chopsticks from Chinese takeout work well, too. They're close to 5mm in diameter, so as long as you have a hole slightly larger, you're good. Small parts you could use a smaller hole and then use the tapered end and jam it in there a little.
@Groundeffected23 күн бұрын
That’s why I like the paint brush cos it tapers so the back is thinner than the front and the tip is thinner at the metal price it gives like multiple sizes per stick. Chopsticks sound good too if you don’t go through brushes much

The sword is wrong, the Barsoomians had long slender rapier type weapons they used, not Falchions. Dejah Thoris was a Princess of the main city state of Helium. Barsoomians had a coppery color to their skin, they resembled Native Americans in coloration. Dejah Thoris had coal black hair.

Bro. KZbin has demonetized everyone of my videos at one point or another LOL. If you plan on appealing it, I'd suggest you message a rep before you start the appeal process. Once they make the decision for the appeal, they won't review it a second time. Awesome video by the way!
@Groundeffected23 күн бұрын
They surely can’t give a reason for taking away monetisation for this video there’s nothing wrong.
@beezsculpts22 күн бұрын
@@Groundeffected I've never been given a reason. "Refer to the article regarding Ad Suitability" , is the closest they've come to explaining anything. Personally, I think it's mainly to do with the thumbnail. I've gotten demonetization reversed on all but 3 videos by changing the thumbnail to more of a portrait shot. Good luck!

You younguns. "I haven't watched John Carter". It's a book LOL. I think there's even comic books. Nevertheless, you did a fantastic job of painting her. I know you were going by the pictures for reference, but if you made her more like the books, she'd have a reddish tone to her skin (like an Indian) because she is a Red Martian (as opposed to the Green Martians who had four arms and mandibles and such). Boo at KZbin for censoring stuff (afraid of boobs). NICE WORK!
