My First Drill Press- Unboxing & Assembly

Todays video may not be intensively creative, or artsy in any form. However, this is the first drill press I've ever bought. Its not overly expensive nor is it decked out in gizmos and gadgets.
Nonetheless I'm super excited to have it, I cannot wait to create with it. The main reason I have been wanting a drill press, is for accurate 90 degree holes. To somewhat create a baseline for me in my making aesthetic.

Aw man my notifications for this upload didn't go off 😤 Anyways, drill presses are fun. It's always so satisfying pulling the handle down and feeling how smooth the machinery inside is. They remind me of 8th grade woodshop where my teacher told us about a girl a few years ago who got scalped by one because her hair got caught in the bit. I don't think nostalgia is the emotion that mental image is supposed to invoke but hey 🤷‍♂ Just be sure to double check any above-the-belt dangly bits on your person before you use it 😁
