Reminds me of a creature you'd find in Monster Hunter :) Your toad is adorable and I love how "alive" he looks with the pose you gave him. Great work!

Thank you! I thought the same thing, sometimes things just go perfect at every step

I admit I watched this last night but got distracted 😅 But I really like your toad man, it's got a lot of character to it. I feel you on the extra Milliput thing though. Even after all of the sculpting I've been doing, I never make the right amount up front 🤣 (Also I never dissected a frog, but I did dissect a rat once. It was... interesting to say the least? 🤔)

I hate rats lol an yeah you've definitely done the milliput more then me, I wanna try that green stuff sometime soon
@TheLichsLaboratory Жыл бұрын
@@ethobbyshow If you do get some green stuff and aren't too crazy about it, you can also mix it 1:1 into Milliput for a "best of both worlds" kind of mix. I've seen people swear by it but I haven't tested it 🤷♂️

Sounds like we need to try that out!

The background/lore for the creature is amazing as well, I wonder how you come up with it?
@ethobbyshow Жыл бұрын
Well for starters I'm a full distopian, I like things to be dreadful, chaotic, unorderly, and filthy. But I draw inspiration from many things around me. Things that seem impactful to me, an some things just fester in my mind so long I have to get them out of my head by creating them irl.
@pineapplefromcod6335 Жыл бұрын
@@ethobbyshow that would make complete sense now that you say that!

Starting to run out of storage for the trash I've accumulated. I see you've been in my craft room. Also...miliput is great, but Apoxie Sculpt is same concept but a lot cheaper as well as bigger tubs
