yep, mostly everybody experienced the pain or heavy-legs/jelly-legs you undergone on your running and that makes it challenging and a little bit of fun hahaha! just do training-runs/brick workouts and you find duathlon more enjoyable next time 👍

You ran in Jordan's? Hehe. Next time try running with proper running shoes, it'll feel different and your feet will thank you. Try Nike Pegasus, not a race shoe, but a good all-rounder.
