my surgery is May 31 in your channel has help me so much I’m sitting here watching all of your videos back to back. Thank you for being so perfectly clear many of the videos have had the worst case scenarios and it’s nice to see that someone had a good one, but you also are taking care of letting us know about the dumping syndrome, which is scared me to death thank you thank you so much❤

That's what I am afraid of. I am in full fluid stage right now and I am taking the smallest amount on my baby spoon as possible ... cottage cheese and yogurt are my staples right now

OMG I am glad you are feeling better now. But Im so worried about ever experiencing this. Why do you think it was raw onions?
@thistothatlife10 ай бұрын
I don't blame you. Dumping is NOT FUN. However it's very common in the forst 6 months post op as you're figuring out what you can eat and how your new stomach handles it. I knew it was the raw onions because all I had was meat with onions and I never reacted that way with meat. It was very weird. I have experienced this 3 times in one year. I can safely eat onions now with no problem. Where are you in your journey? Have you had surgery? If yes, how far post op are you. Stay in touch and THANK YOU for watching my videos. I appreciate it :)

Thanks for your videos...from a fellow ottawan who's wading through the process now! Do you recall in any vids the time between each step? I'd love to check it out if you've done this already!! ❤

Hi Jenn ! Congrats for taking this major step towards better health. I had surgery during Covid times so the process was longer than expected. Now the surgery rooms have opened up and you can expect to be seen within a year from what I've been told. I did a video on the process towards the beginning of my journey but I will go into more detail on it when I release my one year anniversary video towards the end of the month. I hope you get a chance to watch it. I'm wishing you the BEST on your journey. Much love!

Hey girl.....question...have you had any weight loss plateaus yet? Ive just spent a whole month in a plateau and im 3 months out of surgery....??
@thistothatlife Жыл бұрын
yes yes yes yes .... plus, I have hypothyroidism so I lose slowllllllly. Keep working the system and the weight will eventually fall off. Take lots of BEFORE pics and measurements. I find that looking at those help when I am having plateaus.
