True. I have been recently doing a nuzlocke on SoulSilver and I had a Larvitar caught from Safari Zone, and wanted to train it for Jasmine. But then I stumbled upon a Diglett with Arena Trap and I lost it. That taught me to train my weaker mons in earlier routes rather than just training in a single convenient Route (in my case, Route 48)

The entire section of Dancer one shoting the entire ground type gym is the reason Lilligant is my favourite Pokémon of all time. I had the exact same situation, I put Lilligant out and she one shot’ed the entire team, I felt so proud and happy. I’m happy to see someone getting that exact feeling and made me reminisce about that feeling.

I know I am super late to the party, but it is also why Lilligant is tied with Scizor for my favorite Pokémon too. I remember fighting Cynthia in the post game for Pokémon White and I was SEVERELY under leveled. I stacked up a couple Quiver Dances and she OHKO’d EVERYTHING on Cynthia’s team. I want to note I also ran Mega Drain instead of Giga Drain because I didn’t realize Petilil got the move and not Lilligant at the time. Anyway, Lilli the Lilligant will forever be the MVP of that team

Design wise, the BW2 and XY gyms are the best. The Virbank Gym's a nightclub, Opelucid Gym instills fear, Coumarine Gym is gorgeous, the Anistar Gym is mesmerizing, the Laverre Gym's a straight up dollhouse, and the Humilau Gym is just good vibes. Love how BW2 goes the extra mile to give each Gym its own version of the Gym music, from Elesa's theme going all out to Marlon's of course being the most chill. Wawa is a convenience store/gas station chain in the IRL western part of Unova (New Jersey), so I love the fact you named your Oshawott Wawa! I used to live in the IRL Virbank City (Jersey City) and being in the NY metro area, it makes me appreciate the games' details more when you know what they're referencing. Mistralton City for example is based off Teterboro Airport which is the oldest operating airport in the NYC area, the Virbank Complex is based off the Port Newark marine terminal, and Black City is based off Long Island City!

Yo. This was so good. For a blind Nuzlocke, this was pretty good so far! It ain't "perfect", but it doesn't need to be! I don't see the setbacks as being bad. It gave your playthrough more uniqueness if anything. There are ups and downs to the Nuzlocke, but that made it all the more riveting to watch. The animation frames 👌 Dancer MVP 18:21 goodness, I cried a bit here hahahahaha. Didn't expect to get so emotionally invested in someone's Nuzlocke playthrough. I will gladly wait for the next 2 parts!

Ah yes, clowns coming out of cocoons...so that's how clowns spawned into this world. Pokémon really do be giving us the Ronald McDonald lore no one asked for. Fun fact: In most versions of BW2, Roxie sings "P-o-k-é-m-o-n! POKEMON!" but in the JAPANESE version, she sings "D-o-g-a-r-s! DOGARS!" which is the Japanese name for Koffing! Dogars comes from 毒ガス/dokugasu which means "toxic gas". And Patrat's a chipmunk, while Watchog is a meerkat! Unlike chipmunks, meerkats aren't actually rodents but rather a type of mongoose! With their vision, they can spot a bird of prey over 1 km away. Their burrow systems are large, underground networks consisting of two to three levels of tunnels
