I decide to head back into my old favourite games Pokemon Platinum since I missed it pretty dearly.

@@ChimeraMK I've been doing a "type themed" randomized Nuzlocke in Soul Silver (to keep each gym at one randomized type but it carries over to regular trainers too) for about 2 weeks now, and I made the grave error of force evolving all trainer's pokemon by level 30, because it's what I usually do for my normal random runs. Completely forgot it was also a Nuzlocke, so around Pryce's gym is when there was a massive difficulty spike because he just so happened to have a dragon type gym. So, so many Dragonites and Garchomps. Also, my egg from Professor Elm hatched into a fully evolved Tyranitar lmao. And was promptly one-shot by Whitney's Glaceon using Revenge. Fucking Whitney. Even when her pokemon are randomized, she's still the famed Nuzlocke killer.

XD I like the idea of randomizers, but the only way I'd play one is if there's an option to turn off encountering legendary pokemon; seems like out of the entire pokedex, many randomizers tend to skew towards legendaries for some reason.
