Not sure if it still matters since I saw you're already on your way towards the rocket, but for your next playthrough: I found it really simplifies the late game if you centralize all your oil refining, and put it near your main base. Right now you put your refinery near your oil patches, which is easy at first, but instead of making just one pipeline for crude, you now have to make 3 pipelines back to your base. Even worse, when this oil field starts to run low, you either have to move your entire setup to a new oil field (and 3 more pipelines back to your base) or run the crude all the way from the new oil field to the old one. To avoid these issues, centralize, you can have many oil fields, all connected to one set of tanks for crude (be it by train or pipe) which is in turn connected to your 1 refining setup.

Your light oil and heavy oil tanks are full, I'd suggest adding more tanks, later on you can crack those to petrol and lubricant which you'll need lots of.

I had the same issue, now I did look up some guides long before buying the game but forgot most of their contents and now my first factory is a jumbled mess with constant shortages of advanced products because there is no rhyme nor reason behind the placement of anything and I am constantly needing to manage my concrete line because I screwed up its materials input and it constantly gets clogged with one of the two materials.
