I also did a video call with Yerin during Aria era, and felt so regretful because I was so nervous that I couldn’t express myself well and Yerin did not respond to me a lot. I felt awkward to watch the video again back then. Anyway, congrats to you and don’t worry about that! You will get the next chance and Yerin loves Woorin no matter what! We all need experience, buddy!!!

I am so very happy for you, that was amazing! I did not see any "cringe" moments at all. There is a large language/cultural barrier for sure, but I believe that Yerin understood in the end what you were saying. I thought that you acted very calm and genuine but that is your trademark after all and the main reason why so many of us subscribed to your channel. Again, I do hope that you get the opportunity to meet all the girls in the future.

Yeah, the nerve is playing its role for all, but it puts a smile on my face. You really have to say what you prepared in a hurry but glad you got to do it. Yerin puts up a bold front in front of camera but is sensitive and shy in her true color as shown in the video. Again, great you got this fancall and thanks for sharing the video.

I wish I could memorise some Korean and just say that but my accent makes it sound worse. I’ll try better next time but you’re so on the spot so quick it all just flys by so hard to plan! It was fun even if it was a little crazy!

I always record my video calls but I just can't bring myself to watch them afterwards - I find myself totally cringe even if the calls went super well. I know exactly what you mean lol. As you said, the waiting is always the worst :D Unfortunately, calls with Yerin are always rather short (always around 1:30 I think) - I also prepared a lot in advance for this comeback's call but I didn't even get through half of it in the end...

Hi Chris, you did really well! Its the language barrier, I know, because of my love for kpop/kdrama I'm studying Korean, I'm at A2 level now which is still beginners level. Best to write down a short Korean greeting phonetically, dont worry about the pronunciation, it will be much appreciated and breaks the ice.
