Looking at comps these pieces will go for $20-$35. Not a sufficient profit margin for me. Even tho they are all new in the package and easy to list I would definitely purchase a manifested box from them if the COG made sense. Thanks for sharing🌷

I agree with you, actually. Plus a lot of the pieces are fall/winter styles, so.. I feel like much of it will sit until fall. I have them priced a bit high to try and make back what I can. I wouldn't have accepted the credit. Why??? 1) It's an insult, didn't match the value what you were missing and now you will only get it if you buy again. So, they are making sure you by again. I would never give my business to a company who can't own up to their mistake and resolve it fairly.

Yes and no (let me explain). Yes, in the fact that the listing on their website clearly states that the value of the box you purchased is $4000+ so if what you actually received was less than that, then it is my opinion that when you reached out to them notifying them of the value of what you received, they should either have either REFUNDED you the difference or sent you pieces to make up for the difference. And the reason that I say no is because I am guessing (although it is only a guess) that if you only paid $814 (after the discount code was applied) and you're reselling the pieces online, you should still be able to make a profit ~ albeit not as much profit as you probably would have had you had the missing piece or two from the manifest. I hope that this makes sense. I feel like them offering you a $55 credit is kind of a slap in the face because you were shorted $252 so $55 is only a small portion of the missing value. And it also means that you would have to make a future purchase in order to use the credit. This does goes to show that when you are purchasing these types of boxes (whether it be from Fox Liquidation or another similar type company) that you should do your due diligence to ensure you are receiving what was advertised and what you actually thought you were purchasing and paying for.

@@lauriemorales999 Hey Laurie! Thanks for commenting. I totally understand where you are coming from with the yes and no. I could have essentially let it go, I suppose, since I did save some money with the promo code. However, the code is put out there with no changes to the value of what is promised, so.. yeah, it is what it is. With the $252 value, it is tricky because the inventory is discounted. I didn't pay them for the full value of the box ($4000), if that makes sense. So they give back what would be considered the discounted wholesale value of the loss. I would have really loved to get the replacement piece(s) as I was missing the highest priced item. I figured that I probably wouldn't since they prebox their items and that would mean taking it from another box. From a business standpoint, I can see why they did it the way they did. PLUS, it guarantees another sale from the buyer, so there's that. I did purchase another box from them and the value was correct on that one. I 100 percent agree that when anyone purchases from these companies that they should absolutely be checking that they received what was stated. Again, thanks so much for your input! Big deal to me yes... If they say it's $ 4000 SRP then that is what they owe you. Period

Yes, big deal. Also, the highest value item was missing?....no no no. Would cause me to wonder if it was an honest mistake or if someone removed it and replaced it with that lower value shirt, you know? Also, $50 store credit instead of partial refund or missing item replaced? No. I would be disappointed as well. Thank you for this video. I have been considering buying from them, but I think I may need to reconsider.
