Bro I'm glad your strict while teaching them. Just like you said guns are time to pay attention. Hats off to you for doing dad time.

I like how strict you guys are with your kids. Specially when hunting, guns aren’t a joke and also respecting the animals we are hunting.

I love your discussion on Judge at the end of this video. I really needed to hear why he wasn’t going out with you. Dog phobias are real. My last lab always went up and down the creek looking for a log to cross before going into the creek. I hunted with him at a young age end of the season and she never forgot the cold creek water. I just had to accept it. Good luck with Judge.

Awesome first deer 🦌 as an extension of Sandhill Flyways. I have seen many deer 🦌 pictures on Gerald’s IG. Absolute mega studs out there. Got to love the family hunts too. That Otis shotgun is the coolest shotgun that I’ve ever seen. Happy belated birthday 🎂 Bobby. 😎🦆

He was a field trial wash out dog. That is very different then a field trial dog. Field trial puppies cost 2500-10000 these days so 4500 for a nice, started dog is not bad. Contrary to what people say, field trial dogs can hunt and are damn good at it. I run my AFC's on upland, and all waterfowl. He looks like he has taken pressure in his training previously and i can see that by his demeanor. Get back to training him. Use dead birds and throwing marks for him and make training and retrieving enjoyable again for him, another thing that might be good for him is some upland hunting which will help loosen him. Shoot me a message i we can talk some training tips, i train field trial dogs and run field trials for my hobby and train them for hunting as i grew up doing that.

Hey Bob, our yellow lab started having seizures last year during a water goose hunt, since Fred is on seizures medication, when you hunt him and he's working hard, has he had any issues? We haven't put our lab on medication yet but we've been thinking hard about it.

Buck left until following day with skin on in those temperatures is ruined. Not good practice
