My first IFR flight and the clouds are 500ft

Flying from Jacksonville Executive to Zephyrhills near Tampa Florida. Conditions were low IFR all morning so I waited for the ceiling to get to about 500 feet before i took off. Knowing they were getting better at my destination I took off for KZPH. The beautiful view between layers was a welcomed surprise.
