Those little cars are called Kei cars. To own a normal car in Japan means you need to pay extra taxes which with these kei cars you don't. But Kei cars have a strict limits of maximum size, engine displacement (max. 660ccm) and power (46kw i think). From time to time you can find some kei cars in Czech republic, but eu version usualy has a "normal" engine like 1.2l or something like that. We have Suzuki Jimny at home which fits in these spec. too.

But in this video, I was reading the japanese pronounciation on the packaging, which was "カカオ" (kakao)^^

actually cacao and cocoa are not the same thing! I was curious as well bc in my country (Chile) we call it cacao, so I googled, and turns out cacao can refer to both the seed and a product made out of it, while cocoa is a different product of that same seed (but processed at high heat). sorry for broken English!
