properties Think million times before you buy from SMDC developers So many structural and physical issues not resolved! I can not live in my SMDC unit because the ceiling is leaking from the upper unit and now the entire ceiling is full of molds! Same issue with some of my friends who owns SMDC units I can’t attach the photos
