Yes they were. Next time I would use braid. It was tough to feel them that deep.

Headed out to Keuka for my first time tomorrow hoping to hook up on a Laker! Jigging from a canoe so it'll be an experience to be sure. Great video, definitely got me excited!

Good luck! Not sure if you have a sonar, but if you can mark them, you can usually catch them from what I hear. Just try to get out there at sunrise.
