Awesome Brother. i own bout 108 in the mountains of Tennessee. i would buy me a portable sawmill for around 2 thousand dollars even if used. you will Never have to buy lumber again & you can always sell boards to buy plywood etc. just an idea. Deer meat is soooo good

@@MorrisWildHogRemoval I would rethink that goal but to each his on. My thought process is: The problem with that is the average guys lives to lets say 70 in the USA. You retire at 65. You then only have 5 years of being on your dream property and working it before you die. Lets say you are in your 40s now. You can work this land for the next 20 plus years until you retire and by then this might have more meaning to you bc of all the work put in.
