Good luck ,the colour looks good. Use what you can to for easy transport funny. Looking forward to the tasting vid never brewed one because I’m a bit tight and hops are not cheap but I’m going to,the down side is I love a neipa and I’d want it on tap all the time cheers 👍🍻

Haha yes this old back is not what it once was! Can't wait to taste it as the garage smells amazing and that's before the dry hop! Speak to Timmi, he sells the hops by the half kilo, fresh and vacuum packed. Decent price IMO.

Hope it turns out well. I am going to brew something very similar soon but first( tomorrow morning) I have to brew a bitter to use up some old grain and hops. Strike water is in and sparge water too, just need to turn it on at 8 in morning. Looking forward to the tasting video I think the colour looked awesome. Is it just one dry hop or two? Was shouting maltodextrin at the video when you were wondering what Timmi uses but lactose should do the trick too.

Yeah I love the system. Service from hopcat is non existent. If you live in the UK, I suggest a brew devil from Angel Homebrew. Similar system but local support if something goes wrong.

Hey Ian, mine was like orange juice bud. I followed Timmi Jenkins recipe. It didn't last long! Any contact with oxygen will darken the colour...
