You are such a relatable and genuine person, in how you're open about your issues and how you deal with them. Personally, it was helpful to hear, in such a coherent manner, how you prevent further suffering once a worry cycle begins. It really does take a lot of self-reflection and struggle. If you regret making this video sometimes, know that many of us including myself don't regret clicking on this video and watching it fully, as it was entertaining yet thoughtful in trying to help others who struggle with neurotic thoughts (or similar afflictions).
