The media was pretty harsh on her for being a black girl and the thousands eyes is the people waiting for their relationship to fail because they didn’t like them together. Magdalene certainly won't be found in the Bible haha. But I got you, i don't know anything about religion either, in fact reject a lot of it from what I have been exposed to about it. But people like Mary Magdalene and their unwavering charity and benevolence do demonstrate the best of human traits that should be celebrated, of which I appreciate outside of religious context. This album is in my DNA and as is much of FKA Twig's work. This woman embodies the best of artistic expression and I relish in how considered the work is every time. Seeing her dedication to craft is inspirational, especially in liver performance. This album tour for instance she learnt sword fighting and performed a really technical pole dance routine each show with precision. The costumes were phenomenal. It's avant-garde in the best way possible, as is the new stuff now in the Eusexua era. I'm in constant awe of her creativity.
